Submission Guidelines

Share what you love, with permission and care. These guidelines explain what can be submitted and what we need before content can be displayed on the fansite.

Before sending anything to Community Blossoms, please review these submission guidelines. Submissions may be edited for formatting, declined, or held for clarification when permissions, credits, or safety information are incomplete.
01

What You Can Submit

Community submissions may include:

  • Fan letters for Oom, Bam, or OomBam together
  • Short messages for the Blossom Wall
  • Original fan art and edits
  • Fan-taken event photos you have permission to share
  • Personal fandom memories or short journal entries
  • Community and support project information
02

Submit Only What You May Share

Only submit work you created or material you have permission to repost. Do not upload leaked, paywalled, private, stolen, or improperly obtained content. A public post is not automatically permission to remove credit or claim the content as your own.

03

Creator Credit Is Required

For work that includes another creator's material, provide the creator name, account handle, and original source when available. Do not crop or cover watermarks. If a creator prohibits reposting, please submit a link instead of uploading their work.

04

Photos & Event Media

Photos should come from official/public sources, your own camera, or a source that allows reposting. Avoid photos taken in clearly private settings or material that exposes hotel, travel, backstage, residential, or other sensitive location information.

05

Fan Letters

Keep letters warm, respectful, and suitable for a public page. Letters may express admiration, encouragement, gratitude, or personal reflections, but should not pressure Oom or Bam for private answers, contact, romantic proof, or particular behavior.

06

Fan Art & Edits

Original creative work is welcome. Clearly label transformative edits when needed, especially AI-assisted or heavily manipulated imagery, so viewers are not misled into believing an altered image is an authentic photograph or official release.

07

Memories & Journal Entries

Personal stories should focus on your own experience. Please avoid revealing private conversations, identifying information about other fans, or claims about Oom and Bam that cannot be supported by public information.

08

Fan Projects & Fundraising

Project submissions should identify the organizer, project purpose, relevant dates, and public contact/source information. Fundraising projects should also explain how funds will be used and provide transparent updates when appropriate.

09

Keep Personal Information Out

Do not include home addresses, private phone numbers, personal email addresses, ID documents, payment credentials, private travel information, or other sensitive data in content intended for public display.

10

Content We Will Not Publish

Submissions may be declined if they contain:

  • Harassment, hate, threats, or fan-war content
  • Sexually explicit or invasive material
  • Rumors presented as confirmed facts
  • Private or leaked information
  • Uncredited or prohibited reposts
  • Commercial spam, scams, or misleading fundraising
11

Review & Formatting

Submissions are reviewed before publication. Moderators may correct minor formatting, resize images for the site, shorten display excerpts, or contact the submitter when clarification is needed. Meaning should not be changed without the submitter's permission.

12

Permission to Display

By submitting your own content for publication, you give the fansite permission to display it on Community Blossoms while you retain ownership of your original work. Credit information supplied with the submission should remain attached wherever reasonably possible.

Made With Love, Shared With Care

The goal is to build an archive that feels personal without becoming invasive, creative without losing credit, and joyful without compromising anyone's boundaries. Thank you for helping the Blossom community grow responsibly.
